At WIL, protecting the personal data of users (the “Users”) is a priority and a design principle. Privacy is not an add-on to our products and services, but a central axis. We strive to comply with applicable regulations and standards on personal data protection, and we actively work to provide you with a safe, transparent, and reliable experience.
WIL is operated by Growth Ventures SRL (CUIT 30-71788665-4) (the “Company”) with its registered address at Concordia 4837, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

The Company processes Users' personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
If we were to use your personal data for a purpose different from those indicated above, we will communicate this clearly and specifically at the time of collection or, if not possible, at the first reasonable opportunity. If required by applicable regulations, we will request your additional consent for the new purpose.
To fulfill the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy, the Company may share the collected data with:
Service Providers: We may share personal data with providers who render services necessary for the functioning of WIL, such as cloud storage providers, technology infrastructure, payment processing, information security services, artificial intelligence technology providers, logistics, technical support, usage analytics, auditing, accounting, marketing or legal services, among others. In all cases, these providers access only the personal data strictly necessary to provide the contracted service, act following our instructions, and are subject to adequate confidentiality and security obligations. They are not authorized to use the data for their own purposes or for purposes different from those provided herein.
Related Third Parties: We may share your personal data with our affiliates, subsidiaries, branches, agencies, representations, parent companies, controlled companies, related companies, individuals or legal entities that may be commercially related to the Company. The entities that receive data from our Users may only use it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, being expressly prohibited from using the personal data received for different purposes, unless such third parties have an adequate legal basis.
Authorities: We share information with administrative, judicial, government authorities, and conflict resolution officers who, in the exercise of their competence, require information from the Company, our service providers, and/or our business partners, even if there is no executive or judicial order or citation for this purpose, with the purposes of: (a) collaborating in the investigation and reporting of fraud, piracy, violations of intellectual or industrial property, security incidents, or any other illicit act, as well as any activity or circumstance that could generate legal liability for the Company and/or its Users; (b) safeguarding a public interest, the procurement or administration of justice, the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial or administrative process, and/or the resolution of disputes; and (c) complying with any applicable law, regulation, or legal provision, or any order from a competent authority duly founded and motivated.
To fulfill the purposes described in Section 3, we may transfer certain personal data internationally. This could occur if you register and enter your data in your country of origin, and we need to host it on servers in a different country. If that occurs, when we transfer your personal data internationally, we protect it as described in this Privacy Policy. We verify that the recipients of your personal data are in countries that provide an adequate level of personal data protection, so that your personal data is treated securely and with guarantees similar to those applied in Argentina. Otherwise, when we transfer your personal data to recipients in countries with a lower level of protection, we will protect it by implementing safeguards that ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, under the terms of Law 25.326 and the regulations issued by the Public Information Access Agency.
To fulfill the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, the Company may transfer your personal data internationally to the categories of recipients identified above. These transfers may even be directed to countries or jurisdictions that may not have the same personal data protection standards as Argentina, including but not limited to the United States. By accepting the Privacy Policy, you give your free, express, and informed consent for the international transfer of your personal data as indicated above.
The Company believes that security should be integrated into the product's architecture, not added as an afterthought. To understand how we protect your information, it's useful to understand what happens to it at each stage.
The Wristband does not store data. All processing occurs on your mobile phone and in the cloud. If you lose the Wristband or it is stolen, there is no personal data stored on the device that anyone can access.
Between the Wristband and your mobile phone, communication is carried out via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), using the pairing and encryption mechanisms of the BLE 4.2+ standard, which reduces the risk of third parties intercepting the signal.
Between your mobile phone and our servers, the captured audio is transmitted encrypted via secure WebSocket (WSS) or WebRTC depending on the session context. The audio itself is never stored: it is transcribed, and only the resulting text persists.
Within our servers, that text is processed by the AI agent through an encrypted connection. The data we store in the database is limited to your account information (name and email), configuration preferences, queries to WIL, and technical logs necessary for the service's operation and improvement. Access to that information is restricted to strictly necessary personnel and providers, all subject to confidentiality obligations.
The server's response to your mobile phone also travels encrypted under the same protocols, closing the end-to-end protection cycle.
Even so, no system connected to the internet is infallible. Therefore, the Company's design objective is to progressively minimize data processing in the cloud, prioritizing local storage on the user's device whenever technically feasible. If at any time you believe the security of your account may have been compromised, report it immediately through the channels indicated in the “Contact” section.
As the owner of your personal data, you may exercise the following rights:
a) Right of access: You may know whether we are processing your personal data by exercising this right. If we are processing it, we will provide you with all the information about it. You will have the right to exercise access to your personal data free of charge in intervals of no less than six months, unless you demonstrate a legitimate interest in exercising it more frequently.
b) Right of rectification: You may request the rectification of your personal data when it is inaccurate.
c) Right of update: You may request the update of your personal data when it is out of date.
d) Right of deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data when any of the following situations occur: (i) the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed; (ii) if the processing of personal data is based on consent, and you withdraw it, provided the processing is not based on another cause that legitimizes it; (iii) if you objected to the processing; (iv) if the personal data was processed unlawfully; (v) if the personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation. Because we need certain personal data of yours to provide you access to the App and/or its features, the deletion of certain personal data may result in the total or partial loss of access to the App and/or its features.
You may exercise these rights before the Company by sending an email to hello@iamwil.ai. In such cases, we will ask you to specify which right(s) you wish to exercise, the reason for your claim, and, where applicable, the relevant personal information. When we cannot verify your identity, we will ask you to attach sufficient documentation to allow us to verify it, prior to addressing the exercise of the corresponding right.
In the case of exercising the right of access, in compliance with applicable regulations, we will respond to your request within 10 calendar days from receipt, after verifying your identity. When you request the rectification, update, or deletion of your information, we will respond within 5 business days from receipt of the request, after verifying your identity and, in the case of rectification or update, the supporting evidence for your request.
Finally, you may exercise the right to withdraw or revoke your consent so we stop processing your data at any time by sending a message for such purposes via email to hello@iamwil.ai or from the App. Because we need certain personal data of yours to provide you access to the App and/or its features, the deletion of certain personal data may result in the total or partial loss of access to them.
At any time, you may contact us to claim regarding a violation of your rights with respect to the processing of your personal data, and we will take care of responding to you and, where appropriate, correcting such situation as soon as possible.
However, if you are not satisfied with the response we provide, you may file a complaint with the Public Information Access Agency (AAIP) with address at Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, 5th floor - Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, which is the oversight body of Law No. 25.326, and has the authority to address complaints and claims filed in relation to non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
We will retain your personal data while your relationship with us is active, and for 10 years from the termination of that relationship, and/or for any additional period required by applicable regulations for accounting and/or legal purposes.
When you request it, the Wristband and the App may access or interact with Third-Party Apps, such as calling, instant messaging, maps, reminders, and other apps installed on your mobile phone. The Wristband and the App will only access or interact with Third-Party Apps when you grant the corresponding permissions to WIL (the “Permissions”). In such cases, WIL may only access or interact with the Third-Party App to execute your requests.
Third-Party Apps are operated by independent entities that are not under the Company's control and have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. The processing of personal data carried out by those Third-Party Apps is governed exclusively by their own policies. Therefore, we recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before linking them with WIL.
The Company does not control and is not responsible for the functioning, availability, security, practices, or privacy policies of Third-Party Apps, nor for the changes they may implement in their services, configurations, or policies. The integration with these apps depends on the conditions and availability that each third party establishes at any given time.
You may revoke the Permissions or unlink a Third-Party App at any time from your mobile phone's settings or from the App itself. If you do so, some WIL features may become unavailable or function in a limited way.
We may make modifications or updates to this Privacy Policy to reflect changes introduced in our personal data practices, and as required by applicable regulations on personal data protection.
We will always publish the updated version of our Privacy Policy on the website https://iamwil.ai/. Any modifications we make to the Privacy Policy will take effect on the date indicated in the notification.
Where appropriate, we will request your consent for modifications or updates to this Privacy Policy. In some cases, you may need to accept the modifications or updates to continue using the App and/or the Wristband.
If you have any questions or inquiries, you can contact us via email at hello@iamwil.ai.
