WIL runs on cloud-based AI: every time you talk to it, there's real processing behind the scenes (voice, understanding, and response), and that has an operational cost for us. So yes: WIL will have usage plans. The good news is: - You'll have a free plan to start using it without paying anything (with some limitations). - There will also be paid plans with more usage and advanced features. - All plans are designed to be accessible, with no abusive pricing or surprises. * Before you receive your device, we'll clearly communicate the limits and costs of each plan, so you can choose with total peace of mind.

It's splash-resistant: you can wash your hands and use it in the rain. It's not submersible. Don't take it into the pool or the shower.

At launch it will include the essentials: WhatsApp, Spotify, Gmail, Waze, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Google Search, Google Meet, and possibly Cabify, Mercado Libre, and PedidosYa. Our goal is for it to connect with all the apps on your phone, so every month we'll be adding new ones.

In addition to controlling your apps, WIL has built-in features you can use just by talking to it: - Web queries – It can search the internet and reply in seconds - Reminders – Create reminders and alarms by voice. Your wristband vibrates when the time comes - Tasks – Write down your to-dos with your voice and WIL organizes them and marks them as completed when you ask - Music control – Play songs, artists, or playlists without touching your phone - Find your phone – Even if it's on silent, WIL makes it ring - Fall detection – It sends automatic alerts to your emergency contacts * These are just some of the initial features. We're actively working on new capabilities like live translation between two people, HELP commands for emergency situations, and full home control with your voice. These features are marked as “Coming soon” on the website and will be added starting in the second half of the year through updates.

The wristband has an unlock password. If you take it off, it locks automatically and no one else can use it with your phone without the password.

Yes, all software updates and new features will be compatible with the WIL you purchased.

No. The microphone activates only when you bring the device close to your mouth and say “WIL…”. When it detects the conversation has ended, the microphone turns off automatically. The interactions you have with WIL stay inside the app and you can delete them at any time. By design, WIL is a privacy-first device, where you have control over everything.

Privacy isn't an add-on in WIL. It's a design principle: - Your data is encrypted: All the information WIL processes travels and is stored with bank-level encryption, both in transit and at rest. - User control over their information: You decide what's saved, what's deleted, and when. You can clear your history at any time. - Local storage whenever possible: WIL prioritizes processing and storage on your device or phone, minimizing the information sent to the cloud. - Minimum and segmented access: Each user has their own isolated environment. No one, not even us, can access your data without your explicit authorization. * 100% of the information collected is used explicitly to improve your experience as a user. WIL does not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes, and never will.

We'll first deliver all purchases made in Argentina. Once those deliveries are completed, we'll reach out to those who purchased from abroad to coordinate international shipping, which is covered by the buyer.
